The ADNA concept is about the future; the Federal Court action is about the past. It does seem that the latter will not be settled by Friday, so I would expect it to be declared sub judice by the convenor (Luke), and no debate on it allowed during the DNS Forum meeting. That decision would then allow me to attend and contribute to the debate on the real agenda item, namely the proposal to set up ADNA, its charter, its membership and its timetable. I shall be bringing with me to the Forum meeting Dr Trevor Hales, who I have recently appointed as Manager of Melbourne IT's COM.AU Bureau. Trevor has been a key member of our Bureau team throughout its period of commercial operations (i.e. since October 1996), and is known to many in the Internet community from his long period as a research scientist at CSIRO DIT.
