at www.intiaa.asn.au/dns/adna-mem.htm.  Comments to date have been 
incorprated, and future comments will be incorporated on a weekly basis.

Apologies for the lateness of this posting - there have been a number of
other issues demanding attention recently, primarily the impending
de-regulation and the accompanying legislation, and there are only so
many hours in the day.
