I entirely agree ...We are currently having a dispute with MIT over one name
and expect to more disputes in the future. We have alos lost a client as a
consequence of M.IT refusing a trasdemarked name. The clien tapparently went
to someone else and got the domain.

We WILL be looking at our legal position in the near future and considering
our actions against M.IT as they don't even respond to email with repect to
these problems or put anything in writting explaining what they have clearly
contradicted with their own statements.
