another rule that has to go is the dns equivalent of the white
autralia policy. the one that says foreign nationals need not apply.
I have already had cases where local distributors wish to to register
domains to host OS companies web sites under a com.au domain. all rejected
with a smug go home message. I think this racism has to go.
