The Chairs of the DNS Forum last Friday, Richard Cousins and Luke
Carruthers, agreed to have the notes of the points covered in the
meeting out on the IIA website and posted to this list by today, Monday
23rd, so that individual groups attending could send their own comments
to the site requesting discussion on the Green Paper before the
end-of-comments cutoff, i.e. today. (See http://www.ntia.doc.gov/)

Please post the notes as soon as possible.
