At the moment the meeting is looking doubtful as I've only had one
  confirmed attendee.  If anyone does plan to go, please contact me 
  fairly soon or it will have to be cancelled.

If anything can be done to videoconference I'd attend remotely. Maybe
Sydney/Canberra/Perth/Adelaide too?
