dart.com.au was deemed to be under the toys and games category so "buy"
realistically happens in every category.

the rules like all misguided attempts at protecting somebody from 
themselves are a waste of time which the public end up paying for.

why waste time with a AUD100 .com.au when u can get .com for USD10??
