A bit OT.

Does anyone know the latest on .com  Australian name piracy?

I have a client who is fairly well known and it seems that early in 
their career an Australian fellow registered their name. This persons 
site gains revenue as a "fan" site with a number of banner ads.

Do Australian courts have jurisdiction? Does my client have any 
rights to gain their name.com domain.

Any information appreciated.
