Truely amazing. Note that a quick study already shows that most people are aware that domain names usually come cheap or not too expensive, generally someone that wants a domain name usually visits a dozen website before choosing one. So maybe in your case that clients is like the exception to the rule.. Basically i guess it all comes down to educating people on your website, if you tell them exactly what they get and ( if you're not too greedy ) show them that what they'll pay for somewhere else that really takes 5 seconds to setup, and that charging $216 for that is a tad excessive.. Because "delegation" takes 5 seconds and usually lasts a lifetime ( or the lifetime of your registrar ) .. For that $414 they got 2 years registration of a dot-com, with 2 years delegation. What gets me is their inference that only .com is international. I must tell my UK customers that! Nearly 500% mark-up isn't bad!
