Adrian, I don't know the name, but it was somebody in reseller support - I
rang after waiting nearly 3 days.

It may be to do with special characters (&, /, § etc), because I (and I
presume other resellers) have just received an email to the effect that
there's a problem with AusRegistry's ability to process applications with
such characters therein.

Please provide more information. Exactly who from MelbourneIT said it
was from the "registry end". We process EVERYTHING in real time!

who are you dealing with? 90% of Eneticas registrations are under 2
minutes.
