I applied for mine on 1 July also.  They certainly registered the name but
lost the email & web forwarding instructions submitted with the order. 
I was prepared to forgive them for that as it was Day 1 of the new system,
but charging me an additional $100 for email and web forwarding without
informing me of the charge during the ordering process is totally unacceptable.
