Anthony, Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. The seller was the successful bidder in the auction of this generic name. As yet they have not actually paid for the name or received a certificate of entitlement. As you will be aware, offering domain names for sale is a breach of policy and of auDA's terms and conditions and accordingly I have written to the seller informing them that we are withdrawing their rights to the name with immediate effect. The name will be re-auctioned without their participation. Has the generic domain auction finished or is he selling the right to bid on the domain at the generic domain auction. I'm confused, whenever I ask auDA about the auction they state that it isn't finished yet. Also if he is selling the rights to bid on the domain, wouldn't that be a breach of the whole auction process. anthony ------------------------------------------------------------------------ --- List policy, unsubscribing and archives => http://www.auda.org.au/list/dns/ Please do not retransmit articles on this list without permission of the author, further information at the above URL.
