I am curently staring at an unsolicited letter from a "domain name provider": 

The letter makes the following statements in relation to a .com.au domain: 

a) Renew now for the lowest price... 
b) we can offer you licence renewal at the lowest price 
c) ... when we renew your domain name... 
d) Please see over for a Renewal Application form  
e) ...if you have any questions about your licence renewal... 
f) Remember if you do not renew your licence... ...So renew today... 
g) Domain Name Licence Renewal Number <9 digit number deleted> 
h) I authorise... ...to... ...arrange... renewal... 

Further the letter is signed by  someone rejoicing in the title of "Licence Renewals  
Manager". 

This is your task: explain to me in simple English how a reasonable person receiving  
such a  letter would construe this letter to be anything other than an offer to renew the  
licence for the domain. 

If you can explain this to me I shall make a $20 donation to your favourite registered  
charity.
