The main points of Nicole Lindsay's AFR article are:

- The ACCC successfully applied for orders from the Federal Court on
Tuesday to freeze the assets and bank accounts of Mark Spektor and Sasha
Sudakov. 

- Mr Spektor and Mr Sudakov are allowed only $500 for living expenses
and $1,500 for legal bills a week.

- The ACCC has also asked the company's bank, Westpac, for account
statements held in the company's and directors names.
