Yeah and it is REALLY anoying. Having really P#$%ed of customers who
have said why do we keep getting all this junk. I am in the process of
changing all the details so all the JUNK/SPAM comes to be so I can deal
with it.

I am nearly to the point of sending it back COD just for the trouble of
getting it.

I don't get anoyed easy but all the JUNK mail is just going on and On
and ON.

I thought we were sposed to have this all cleaned up after 1st July but
nope it actully looks like all we have done is Charge Charity Groups for
their .asn.au's( Which I must admit was earlier than the 1st July) and
.org.au's and got really junk service from melbourne IT.


PLEASE someone get this sorted soon or the general Business community
who know little about the Internet and all the BS that goes on just
throws their hands up in the air and moves to gTLDs.

out offer sent on the 25 of June 2002". 

I have had two very confused MD's at my desk morning asking me to
explain why we had to pay this.
