INTERNET NAME PROTECTION PTY LTD (ADMINISTRATOR APPOINTED)

FORMERLY TRADING AS "INTERNET NAME GROUP"

Internet name Protection Pty Ltd (Administrator Appointed) (formerly
known as Open Your Mind Advertising Pty Ltd), formerly trading as
"Internet Name Group" and as "Internet Name Protection" wishes to advise
consumers that certain representations made previously on it websites
were misleading and in breach of the Trade Practices Act 1975 (Cth).
These representations may have mislead you into believing, for instance,
that Internet Name Protection could register your domain name; that it
had an exclusive authority to register or renew your domain name; that
it had a pre-existing relationship with you before inviting your
renewal; that it acted on behalf of Melbourne Information Technology
("Melbourne IT"); that it could register .com.au domain names for
periods of 4, 6, 8 or 10 years; that it could secure pre-registration of
".biz" and ".info" domain names; that the letters ".bz" referred to the
new business domain name and not to the country Belize; that there was a
flat fee of $250 for an application to auDA for the registration of a
generic domain name; and/or that it was entitled to retain an
"administration" fee or any cancellation fee where money was refunded
following any consumer complaint about misleading conduct.
Alternatively, you may have been misled by reason of the fact that you
did not receive services that you paid for.

Internet Name Protection Pty Ltd (Administrator Appointed) was placed
into voluntary administration on 16 August 2002.  The Administrators are
Robyn Erskine & Peter Goodin of Brooke Bird & Co, PO Box 187, CAMBERWELL
3124.
