Gideon, Could you please look through these e-mails again as I truly believe that Melbourne IT are in the wrong. How on earth can a request come to you and allow a transfer of ownership within minutes of e-mailing me the notification, further more if you transfer ownership that quickly why promote the 48hour time to respond. Why when most requests for transfer of ownership have to be not just in writing but on a company letter head did you allow this to go through and why does your service equate to that of Ansett Airlines (look what happened to them?) Incase you don't remember me Bruce, I for a time was unfortunately employed by Internet Name Group and left months before they were closed down, my name is Craig Missell. You have probably also received information from the little Director from Internet Name Group, who has been making false claims about me using hotmail addresses, I can only guess that this is due to my cooperating with the ACCC in relation to ING. The history of my dealings with MIT and the lack of support offered to me.................... >From: help§netsol.com To: xxxxxxxxxxx§hotmail.com Subject: Your order >status. After looking through all the e-mails and information, it has become apparent to me that if Melbourne I.T had acted on my e-mail not to transfer ownership of the domain name xxxxxxxx.com away from myself to Sasha Sudakov (Open Your Mind), then Sasha would not have been able to inforced the transfer of registrar. I have the read receipt rejecting transfer of ownership of the domain and my question is what is Melbourne I.T going to do to help me retrieve the name, and have this done ASAP. This is an issue you must take up with the current licence holder for the name as I understand they are connected with your reseller at the time and you had given them management rights and the use of the domain name. We are not able to help you any further.
