Hi, Would anyone care to comment on the email below I received back from RegistryWeb saying that as the losing Registrar they are not involved in the transfers away from their services and that the gaining Registrar only needs authorization from the Owner and/or Admin contact of the domain name? Is this true? Because, I've been going in circles with both Registrars ... the gaining one insists they need acknowledgment from the losing Registrar whom claim they don't need to give it. So, I keep hitting a brick wall. I've gotten nowhere for over 6 weeks! Very frustrating. We are talking about a .com .... not sure if the rules are different with .com.au's . Thanks, and would greatly appreciate any input.
