AOL Wins "3D" Domain April-from UDRPlaw.net
America Online prevailed in the latest UDRP complaint to
involve a domain name containing its famous "AOL" mark.  In
a decision released yesterday, National Arbitration Forum
Panelist Hugues G. Richard granted transfer of 3dAOL.com to
America Online.
