ok so you have gone from not contacting resellers customers to not marketing
to your database of resellers clients. In which case I agree with you, it should not
be an issue but of course you have to exclude advertising, telemarketing and any
form of direct marketing less you accidentally hit a resellers customer. and what
you end up with is a document that has no teeth.
