I recently forwarded submissions on the auDA review of the whois policy.

The submissions were severely critical of the existing policy.  

At the time that I requested to be included on the committee reviewing the policy and code of conduct committee incluion was available to all interested parties.

Following email with Chris Disspain I have been advised that the reviews are being conducted in house.  This does not amount to transparent and accountable policy development.

auDA should review its obligations under its constitution and its purpose for existing.
