Because the inclusion of a secure .pro domain could be applied at the .pro.au level.

Why should it be incumbent upon myself make such a proposal?

Are you suggesting that auda should not take the iniative and keep up with useful international developments but should be reliant upon thrid party requests before any iniative is mirrored?
