Your approach is patronising:

1. jazz.org is destined for a non-profit jazz organisation to increase the profile of struggling jazz artists in Australia;

2. I am a trade mark practitioner and am soon to launch a trade mark arganisation for trade mark owners that will also be a non profit organisation similar to the inta.org site. This site will possibly operate as a branch of the inta when I build enough funds to achieve this aim.

3. audrp - I operate as a legal practitioner and as one of my business services domain name reclamation services operating under the audrp and urdp. The sites will be developed for educating the public on domain name eligibility and providing professional services to the likes of trade mark owners. That is a valid use.

Of course under the rules young Mr Guy will have 14 days within which to correct the situation before the registration is cancelled. But, wait a moment, wasn’t he suggesting that giving people the right to correct a registration was wrong….hmm!

And, in any event, how is young Mr Guy entitled to them. He is not a accredited provider of services under the auDRP so where is the close and substantial connection. Again, I shall be lodging a complaint about these registrations with auDA.
