Well if you're going to redirect to www.austlii.edu.au, why don't you do it?
All it takes is an entry in the DNS that you're using.

While these sites have not been activated there is no obligation to activate
as you well know.  None of these domains were acquired though the auction.
They were all purchased in the normal manner fairly recently.  It is my
business what I do with them.  As a courtesy to legal users I have
registered austlii for the purpose of a redrection to the edu site.  It is a
proper pain in the butt for anyone who uses it.

Each of these registrations has the ability to stand up to complaints so
fire ahead.
