Barry,

I am telling you what happened, if you don't believe just tell me and move
on, obviously I wont be able to prove anything to you, because your
obviously not the kind of person to give in. Maybe you and your friend Glenn
can talk this over between you, but you have heard my end of the story, and
maybe because no one else has responded is because they don't care, just get
over it, go chit chat with Glenn about me and leave everyone else alone.

Regards,

Adam Matthews

If a new and extremely serious issue / allegation of theft by an
accredited Registrar was inititated by a member in this list and
not a single other participant in this list had bothered to make the
effort to invite more information to support this very serious allegation,
how would this list, and the domain industry look to the media and the
general public? Probably a bad joke.

If this list is not to become a forum for unsubtantiated slander, facts
should be sought / presented to support any claims of a critical nature
made on this list, particularly an alleged issue of theft of money
by a Registrar.

Its difficult to imagine a much more serious allegation than that in regard
to
a Registrar, and I think an allegation of straight out theft was a first for
this list.

Re - your email "digging up articles on the poster"

It was actually in fact

Glenn Powell who had the initiative to do some research and managed
to find and post the link

http://www.abc.net.au/westernplains/stories/s1161799.htm

in his post on the 20th March 2005.

Its nice to see that at least one other member of this list has the
initiative
to do some research and try to see some actual facts when a serious
allegation
is raised, and if you read the article at

http://www.abc.net.au/westernplains/stories/s1161799.htm

I don't think anyone could accuse Glenn of having posted a link to an
article
of a defamatory nature.

Barry Armstrong

When I saw this section of a post on the list, I nearly applauded.
It seems odd that we are being subjected to becoming compulsory
  witnesses in a badgering campaign.

Why speak of relevance and then continue the thread simply because you
disagree with the view of the person posting?
That's like saying arguments about colour should not occur on this list
and then purporting the pros of the colours blue and turquoise, simply
because the original poster said they have had bad experiences with
  those colours.

By attacking and digging up articles on the poster and then trying to
rip that character to shreds, only makes the argument seem personal and
petty. But worse still, this makes his original complaint about the
people you wish to defend far more valid than his initial post (if
  ignored) EVER could have.

Can we have this "as read" and drop it please?
One side is not happy with Planet Domain and Bottle Domains
The other side IS happy and wants to promote Planet Domain
