Vic's right here. auDA enforces its decisions by way of the registrar agreements that require us to act as instructed in certain circumstances. Of course if a registrar refused, auDA may have recourse to instruct the registry to undertake some action. Depends on the circumstances. In any event its irrelevant, because I can't see a registrar thumbing their nose at auDA over na single name. It would be extraordinary and suicidal.
