In reality, if you got that from any company beyond a certain size, or
a public figure of a certain notoriety, they are quite simply going to
be ghost written responses, based on form letters, written by someone
anonymously. There is a limit to the amount of 'bandwidth' a single
person can have dealing with correspondence.
