[DNS] auDA Board accepts 2007 Names Policy Panel's final report

I congratulate the Names Policy Panel on its Final Report [PDF] and the
Recommendations therein.

I also congratulate the auDA Board on accepting the Panel's Recommendations
(http://www.auda.org.au/news-archive/auda-13122007/).

In particular, congratulations on accepting Recommendation 3:
  The Panel recommends that the transfers policy be relaxed to allow a
registrant to transfer their domain name licence to another eligible entity,
for any reason.

  The Panel recommends that auDA conduct a two year review of the new
transfers policy.
