i dont think the story is about their deficit, but what they are 
actually doing/wasting/spending the funds derived from us 
(registrars/resellers) commercial efforts.,,whilst we have to be 
accountable to shareholders etc in relation to what we do with our 
funds/revenue, it appears that auda is accountable to no-one as 
exhibited in the "recent federal court action brought against it by a 
local Internet entrepreneur",,"auDA appeared to draw the case out as 
long as it could" thus incurring more costs for both parties, in the end 
auDA settled the case, could not have auda settled the case much earlier 
by sitting down with the other party instead as after the settlement the 
domain names were restored to the registrant, so what was the point of 
wasting all that money?,,sasha
