Michael,
The correct place to discuss that is at auDA's AGM. 

However in my experience at previous AGM's not one was particularly 
interested in discussing the topic.  Nor why travel was so high, or why 
multi-million dollar investments were structured so that they no longer 
appeared in the accounts.
