One day later and the details on the domains TREECUSTODIANS.COM and NIGHTGEN.COM have been updated but still show Aussie HQ as the proud owner of these 2 domains, one whose site is about a tree in Africa and one whose site appears to belong to a heavy metal band. Changing ownership of domains that were under an existing Planet Domain reseller site to Aussie HQ ( a deregistered business name ) and also changing the Registrant contact email address, after buying an existing Planet Domain reseller site http://featuredomains.com does seem very strange conduct for an AU Registrar, and other people may be able to judge better than I if such conduct is less serious or worse than the conduct for which the former AU Registrar TotalNIC was deaccredited by AUDA for. Which was in regard to TotalNIC making transfers out difficult for their TLD Registrants some years ago. I am not sure if some of those complaints are also in relation to AU domains which are within 90 days of the expiry date. Given that all the domains that were under the reseller site http://featuredomains.com were under Planet Domain as the Registrar these are also issues that perhaps Planet Domain should be taking some interest in, and action to protect Registrant's domains from unauthorised ownership changes.
