I'm not sure how much has to be spelt out... the survey closed last week... it 
had a finite time when it was open, about 2 months... it was mentionedin the DNS 
news I post several times and auDA sent members notifications about it at least 
twice. If you have an issue, there is not much point in posting here as it is 
formally closed, as it was always intended to be by now.
