A document that explained established complaints handling procedures,
including dispute resolution procedures, should be of great assistance to
Australian small business consumers in the period ahead.

SETEL is well placed and willing to push news about the availability of such
auDA documents, including "consumer alerts", through its long-established
weekly Newsbrief channels to its 55 member associations (with coverage of
well over 500,000 small businesses).  Much of the material SETEL provides to
its member is republished in various forms, newsletters, website material,
etc.

More auDA generated / co-ordinated (authorative) material would be most
welcomed from SETEL's perspective.

BTW, Joshua Rowe's postings to the Link & DNS Mailing List (see below) are
most helpful.
