If you read the following email between MelbourneIT and us you will see
that MelbourneIT changed the billing record from ROM Technologies to
themselves the next question is why did they charge the client $ 178.50
is it not true that the RRP for domains is $ 140.00 per 2 years?

I apologise for the delay in my response to this issue. I have checked
with our accounts department adn the payment for this domain name was
for $178.50 paid directly by the registrant and was not added to the ROM
account. 

The payment is separate to any management of the domain name which was
done by yourself. If you think payment has been deducted form your
account for this name please advise so I can investigate further.
