Starting a reseller coop registrar solve many issues for resellars Each reseller will have direct input into how the registrar is managed. Resellar domain name costs will be cheaper. and it could extend outside the .au name space! No need to change registrars because price/service - the resellar has influenced as a coop member. Resellers can co-opperate to reduce costs of infrastructure for the coop which could then convert to lower costs for the resellar. there are many pros for this idea. far more than the cons <snip> >What I want to protect, though, is my other business income - websites, >hosting and other on-line services that my registrar can now decide he wants >to take away from me.
