Dear David,

I'm not sure if your compliant is in jest, the last paragraph suggests it is.

If it's not, I aplogise if I have offended you. I know how it feels to have an inbox full of spam.

My email was individually addressed to yourself, however the same general email content was sent to other Demand class members on a one-to-one basis. While you might be classify it as spam, it is definitely not bulk (http://www.caube.org.au/whatis.htm).

Please accept my apologies once again, I do not plan on contacting you any time in the future.

Regards

Josh
